Mr Greg Shaw, CEO of Macquarie Leisure Management Limited, manager of Macquarie
Leisure Trust and Macquarie Leisure Operations Limited, together the Macquarie
Leisure Trust Group (ASX:MLE) today advised that Dreamworld Theme Park
(Dreamworld) has entered into a licensing agreement making Dreamworld the official
Australian home of The Wiggles theme park attraction — Wiggles World.

“This agreement forms a partnership between two great Australian entertainment icons
who are both prominent in their fields. We are extremely excited about the relationship
and the opportunities it will bring”, Mr Shaw said.

Group Development Director and Dreamworld CEO, Mr Stephen Gregg advised “With
families representing more than one third of Dreamworld attendances, Wiggles World
will have a total focus on communicating to children on their level aiming to create a

safe, fun, educational environment for dancing and singing and all things Wiggles.”

Wiggles World will be home to a unique combination of children’s rides and attractions
featuring The Wiggles’ special friends – Dorothy the Dinosaur, Wags the Dog, Henry the
Octopus and Captain Feathersword.

The agreement is another major coup for the Dreamworld business and will complement
Dreamworld’s signature attractions. The Wiggles have recently been recognised as
Australia’s highest grossing entertainment group with the fab four having sold in excess
of 17 million videos, 5 million CDs/cassettes worldwide and last year, had over one
million fans wiggling in the aisles at live concerts in Australia, the USA, the UK and New
Zealand.

Wiggles World will create an identifiable home for The Wiggles and their special friends
and pravide both parties with an opportunity to capitalise on the popularity of The
Wiggles. In addition to domestic marketing leverage, the partnership will provide an
unparalleled opportunity to tap into The Wiggles’ growing international popularity.

Wiggles World will involve the redevelopment of an existing under-utilised area within
Dreamworid and will be completed within existing capital budget estimates. The new
attraction is scheduled to open in late 2005.
